How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

To report infringement, send a written notice to the agent above. Your notice must include:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent.


2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g., title, description).


3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material, including the specific URL(s) on our Site (e.g., the indexed page linking to the video).


4. Sufficient information to locate the material (e.g., exact page URL).


5. Your contact information: full name, address, phone number, and email.


6. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.


7. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Our Response Process

Upon receipt of a complete notice, we will review it promptly (typically within 24-48 hours).

If valid, we will remove the link to the infringing material from our index.

We may notify the third-party source and forward your notice to them.

For counter-notices (if material was removed in error), submit a written response to the agent with similar required elements under DMCA Section 512(g).

Repeat infringers may have their access terminated.

Abuse of the DMCA process (e.g., frivolous claims) may result in legal action against the submitter.
